Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Orbityns ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Orbityns offers Done-For-You AI missed call text-back and booking automation setup and management services. We build and configure backend connections to platforms like Twilio and Make.com on behalf of clients.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Fees
Our standard service setup fee is $297 (optionally split into $150 start and $147 post-demo) followed by a $147/month subscription retainer. Subscriptions cover up to 150 SMS leads processed per month. Overages are billed at $20 per additional 100 leads. Fees are automatically collected in advance of the billing period.
4. Cancellations
All subscriptions run month-to-month and can be canceled at any time. To cancel, please send a written request to info@orbityns.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle date.
5. Risk Reversals and Guarantees
If Orbityns does not successfully recover at least one missed call lead in your first 30 days of service, you are entitled to a full refund of your subscription fee only.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
